4/7 - Overdid it

I'm back.
Today was a 12 hour-long rehearsal.
It was tolerable.
So tired.

Yea
I overdid it
Once again the sprain...

Furthermore, it was at the same place this time.
Haaaa
My clumsiness is limitless (LOL)
Once I got home, I put ice on it but it still hurts.

The ice makes it ache.
However, this time around, I can still move it so it doesn't seem as bad as the last time.

It's an unnecessary worry huh.
